About The Project:

This project is an AI-driven startup revolutionizing national security software through intelligent automation and next-generation AI solutions.

We are looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy, drive innovation, and build a world-class engineering team.

Role Overview:

As CTO, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the startup technology vision, together with the CEO. You will lead the development of our prototype AI-powered chatbot and other enterprise solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to leadership and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

● Define and implement the company’s technology roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
● Lead and scale the engineering team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
● Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise-grade AI applications.
● Ensure best practices in software architecture, security, and DevOps.
● Collaborate with business teams to align technology with customer needs.
● Stay ahead of industry trends and drive continuous innovation.


Qualifications & Experience:

● Proven track record as a Head of Engineering, or senior technology leader in an enterprise SaaS or AI startup company.
● Strong experience in building and scaling enterprise-grade software, preferably with Data Lakes and AI/ML integration.
● Expertise in cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and modern software development practices.
● Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, NLP, or cybersecurity is a plus.
● Strong leadership skills with experience growing and managing high-performing engineering teams.
● Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Software Developer / Systems Engineer for a Startup

Role Overview:

We are looking for talented and ambitious software developers or systems engineers who have recently completed their degrees in Computer Science or a related field. If you are passionate about AI, love problem-solving, and are eager to build scalable, high-impact technology, we want you on our team. This is an opportunity to work closely with experienced engineers and learn rapidly while contributing to a groundbreaking project.


Key Responsibilities:

● Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions as part of an agile team.
● Collaborate with the CTO, engineers, and product team to shape our technology.
● Work on AI-driven applications, automation, and cloud-based solutions.
● Troubleshoot and optimize systems for performance and reliability.
● Stay curious, experiment, and continuously learn new technologies.
Qualifications & Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
● Strong programming skills in one or more languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL, C++).
● Strong knowledge of databases technologies
● Passion for AI, automation, and cutting-edge technologies.
● Understanding of Expertise in cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and modern software development practices is a plus.

● Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively.

Convocatoria BECAS SANTANDER complemento a las PRÁCTICAS 2025

La convocatoria tiene por objeto la concesión de 70 Becas de 500€ para los estudiantes UPV que realicen una práctica de 1 meses y 100 horas de duración total.  

Aquellos cuya práctica sea CURRICULAR y de 45 días y 150 horas totales podrán solicitar una Ayuda Complementaria de la UPV de 230€.

Las prácticas deberán comenzar en cualquiera de estas fechas:
