Ahora puedes buscar una Entidad donde realizar tus prácticas (ya sea del listado publicado o del resultado de tu autocandidatura), dado que a finales de Marzo se prevé publicar la convocatoria 2025 y que se abra el plazo de solicitudes que será de aproximadamente una semana.
Al igual que en el pasado año, la ayuda será de 3.000€ para una práctica de 3 meses consecutivos a realizar de junio a septiembre 2025.
NOVEDAD 2025: Se priorizarán las prácticas que se realicen fuera de la provincia de Valencia y a aquellos alumnos que se alojen en la misma población donde realizan su práctica.

Funciones y Tareas
Participar en la planificación y programación de las actuaciones y obras del MENRRED, garantizando el cumplimiento de la normativa de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente vigente.
Realizar los trámites administrativos, incidencias y/u otras situaciones derivadas del planteamiento y ejecución de la actuación.
Colaborar en las tareas de seguimiento y control de la obra, así como participar en la elaboración de los Planes de Seguridad y Salud.
Gestionar el personal y/o equipos a su cargo.
Redacción de proyectos asociados al MENRRED.

Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research and Intelligence Gathering
Analyze macroeconomic trends, regulatory environments, and market dynamics to identify key drivers of growth.
Conduct sweeps of VC global and regional association websites (e.g., LAVCA, MEVCA) to collect and analyze relevant data
Study emerging markets to understand economic indicators, political stability, and cultural factors influencing investment opportunities.
Compare and contrast opportunities across regions (e.g., Spain, Europe, USa, Latam) and recommend optimal geographies for investment focus.
2. Research and Insight Generation
Synthesize and draw actionable insights from publications like CBI Insights, fintech associations, Atlantico reports, and other thought leadership materials.
Analyze and summarize innovation and sector-specific reports from key institutions such as the IFC and IDB.
Review insights produced by Next Tier Ventures partners funds to identify trends and opportunities.
Create comparative analyses across regions to highlight the most competitive sectors and their unique opportunities.
3. Vertical and Sector Analysis
Study verticals within targeted sectors to evaluate market problems and the rationale behind addressing them.
Assess competitors, market leaders, and ecosystem dynamics in target sectors and regions.
Identify key players, emerging trends, and gaps in the market.
Provide recommendations for the best-suited verticals in specific markets based on data-driven insights.
4. Deal Tracking and Ecosystem Engagement
Monitor key deals within focus regions and alert teams about significant developments and opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with peers from partner funds to exchange insights and best practices.
5. Data Collection and Management
Gather and analyze data from public and proprietary sources.
Maintain and update databases on sectors, startups, geographies, and investment opportunities.
Aggregate information into a centralized database (potentially leveraging GPT-based tools) to streamline access and analysis.
Collaboration and Impact
Report findings to the Next Tier Ventures team to inform investment strategies and operational decisions.
Share insights across teams to enhance our value-add in portfolio management and fundraising activities.
Passionate about venture capital, startups, technology, research.
Strong interest in entrepreneurship is a plus.
Skills: Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
Proficiency in aggregating and analyzing large datasets; familiarity with GPT or AI-based database tools is a plus.
Excellent analytical and synthesis skills to derive actionable insights from diverse sources. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to present findings clearly.
Language: Fluent in English (including writing) and strongly preferred fluency in reading Spanish.
Technology: Frequent user of GenAI tools (IE: ChatGPT).
Knowledge: Deep understanding of at least one emerging market geography and/or sector.
Attributes: Highly curious, detail-oriented, and proactive. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
