Becas Telefónica: Combate las «fake news»

 

Nuestro laboratorio de exploración del futuro, llamado Ideas Locas, lanza dos retos a estudiantes inquietos y creativos, con ganas de colaborar en cambiar las cosas, para que entre todos consigamos una sociedad más justa e inclusiva.

Necesitamos estudiantes de la UPV de 18 a 28 años, con libertad para pensar, crear y evolucionar su idea. Estos retos están centrados en la búsqueda de pruebas de concepto que funcionen y puedan demostrarse tecnológicamente

Ofrecemos una beca remunerada de 6 meses en Telefónica con el equipo de IDEAS LOCAS(*) para resolver estos Retos:

Reto 1: Inteligencia Artificial y Deep Learning en busca de Fake News en redes sociales. El objetivo principal es detectar e impedir que una noticia falsa sea compartida para reducir el impacto de su expansión.
Reto 2: Aplicación de Deep Learning para la detección de Deep Fakes. Buscamos una nueva aproximación que incluso combine técnicas de Machine Learning con cualquier otra y que ayude a perfeccionar la detección de imágenes manipuladas.

Las propuestas presentadas, optarán a entrar en un proceso de trabajo con expertos y grandes profesionales del equipo de Ideas Locas , que ayudarán a entender los problemas actuales, contarán con sesiones de ideación, formación, trabajos en equipo y, finalmente, la oportunidad de presentar la propuesta ante nuestro consejo de sabios.

Las propuestas ganadoras obtendrán una beca remunerada durante 6 meses*, para seguir madurando y evolucionando junto al equipo de Ideas Locas, trabajando en entorno real, creando prototipos funcionales, que se pondrán a prueba en entornos reales. Si finalmente la idea tiene éxito y es una solución viable, en Telefónica disponemos de las iniciativas y herramientas necesarias para escalarla y ponerla en marcha.

This workshop, delivered by Amazon interviewers and recruiters, will teach you about the recruiting process for technical graduate schemes and internships. The workshop will focus on interview topics that are likely to come up during the interview process for Amazon’s Software Development roles, sharing insights into how best to prepare and some example questions. This webinar is targeted at women studying undergraduate or postgraduate degrees in EMEA. The session will focus on the topic of «Imposter Syndrome».
