Job Description: Integrations Associate Product Manager at Coverwallet
We are looking for Associate Product Manager to join Integrations team in Valencia.
You will drive Carrier Integrations Product track, which is responsible for connecting
APIs of insurance companies (carriers) with CoverWallet API (to allow customers of CoverWallet to obtain insurance online). You and your team will focus on discovering
and implementing integration opportunities to grow online quotes to applications ratio, one of the key KPIs of our company . As an ideal candidate, you will have a unique opportunity to work with internal and external stakeholders , including representatives
from global insurance companies.
Monthly and daily responsibilities
- Drive product development process for new carrier integrations and other
features (incl. developing technical specifications, leading thinking sessions,
sprint plannings, and team retrospectives) with a technical team of 10 people - Track performance of integration products and identify areas of improvement
- Analyze unmet consumer needs, market trends and access competitive
landscape - Provide support to insurance and sales team for issues related to integrations
MUST HAVE requirements - Bachelor’s degree in technical or business discipline
- Fluency in English language
- Very strong analytics and bias towards structured thinking
- Experience working in a dynamic environment requiring (incl. multitasking and
context switching) - Proven track record of execution with autonomy
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
NICE to HAVE requirements - Experience working as a product manager in high-performing teams
- Experience working with APIs and backend systems
- Experience working with agile methodologies and proficiency with product
management and insights tools (eg. Jira, Looker, Mixpanel, Hotjar)
