Customer Support Executive – French/Spanish. Oferta de prácticas en Reino Unido

Our client’s European Customer Care team is looking for applicants with good communication skills in French, Spanish and English to assist customers with their enquiries.

You would be working in the United Kingdom alongside other students from France, Germany, Italy and Spain as a part of a Global organisation with offices in California, Toronto, Shenzhen, Singapore and Sao Paulo. You would be dealing with colleagues around the world, 3rd party suppliers and customers ranging from end-users to system integrators.

Start Date: As soon as possible
Duration:  6 to 12 months
Remuneration: £1125 per month,350 pound will be deducted to cover accommodation provided by the Company and shared with othe   (to help with accommodation and subsistence costs)

Estamos buscando perfiles de profesionales con y sin experiencia, en este último caso, para ofrecerles una beca/trabajo en prácticas con el siguiente perfil:

  • Titulado Medio o Superior
  •  Inglés hablado y escrito (para poder desarrollar su trabajo habitual en esta lengua), se valora muy positivamente el alemán.
    –          Disponibilidad para viajar y pasar periodos de 3 a 6 meses en países europeos (Suiza, Alemania, etc ). Posibilidad de estancias mayores.
    –          Conocimientos Técnicos :

* Java, J2EE (imprescindible buen nivel)
* Spring, Hibernate, Struts and JSP, Ant, JSF, JSP (todos o alguno de ellos
* Liferay y/o Alfresco (deseable)

We are looking for software engineers who are willing to develop in SAP, Java or .NET. Specially for SAP and also Java they will have a specific training in the beginning.

What we need is at least  good knowledge of the English-language (reading,listening,writing). It would be perfect if some of them have some German as well. Working place will be Hagenberg in Upper Austria.
